DCL electric actuators on ships used for 15 years

Wuhan Huayi after-sales department received an after-sales e-mail, which listed several photos of DCL actuators. Through these photos, it was initially judged that these actuators might have lost their functions, but the factory time of the actuators was 10/4/2008. In the e-mail, the customer asked the after-sales person the question: "Are the actuators in the pictures manufactured by your company? "

Wuhan Huayi after-sales personnel explained to the customer: "The actuator is produced by Wuhan Huayi. But as an industrial product, we can't provide warranty service for the actuator that has been used for 15 years!"

The customer replied to the e-mail: "We are not asking Huayi to provide after-sales service. We think the quality of your electric actuator is very good. We need to use Huayi's electric actuator in another marine oil cooling system".
