Valve Selection Recommendation Table

Because of the many types of valves, even if the same specifications of the valve, due to the manufacturer's manufacturing process, quality level, structural form, the valve body material is different, the torque value is different. And in actual use, often because of the system pressure fluctuations, media type, site environment, 'operating characteristics of different factors will also lead to the valve opening torque has a great change. In order to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the actuator, it is necessary to leave sufficient margin in the selection. It is recommended to leave a margin coefficient of times in the selection, i.e.: margin coefficient = actuator output torque / valve pressure test torque N1.1 ~ 1.3 times.
