When there is a deviation between the valve position positioned by the actuator and the input signal when 4~20mA is input (at this time, there is also a deviation between the feedback signal and the input signal), you can eliminate this deviation by calibrating (aligning) the input signal of the actuator.
It only takes 5 steps:
- Screw the S-A into 2nd gear.
- Press and hold the Set button until the L2 red light comes on. (L2 blinks after release)
- Press and hold Open and Shut at the same time within 5S, and the L2 blinking changes to L3 blinking. At this point, the control module enters the mode of input signal calibration (calibration).
- Use the signal source to input 4mA, press and hold Set and Shut at the same time until L4 lights up, 4mA calibration (calibration) is complete.
- Use the signal source to input 20mA, press and hold Set and Shut at the same time until L4 lights up, 20mA calibration (calibration) is complete.
- Press and hold the Set button until L3 stops flashing and goes out. The module exits the input signal calibration (calibration) mode.
